Return and Refund Policy


We have established these policies to ensure that you are well-informed about our refund and return processes. These policies apply specifically to customers in (INDIA).

Thank you for choosing Kartify for your shopping needs. We aim to guarantee your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please take a moment to read our return policy to understand the conditions and steps for initiating a return.

Return Request Timeframe: If you wish to return a product, please submit your request within 48 hours of receiving it. Requests submitted after this period may not be honored.

Damaged Goods: If you receive a product that is damaged, we kindly ask you to provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the damage. This evidence is vital for us to evaluate the situation and offer the necessary assistance.

Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, please send us an unboxing video that displays the items you received. Be sure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the situation and, if confirmed, issue a refund for the missing item(s).

Exchange for Incorrect Product: If you have ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for both returning the incorrect item and receiving the replacement. For further guidance on how to proceed with the exchange, please contact our customer support team.

Kartify Policy for Custom-Printed Products

1. Order Cancellation:

Once an order for a custom-printed product is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. This policy is in place due to the production costs associated with creating the printed item and the fact that customized products cannot be resold.

2. Undeliverable Shipments:

In the event that a shipment cannot be delivered by the selected courier, Kartify will arrange for the shipment to be sent via an alternative courier service. Please note that the product will not be returned under any circumstances.

3. Delayed Deliveries by Courier:

If your delivery is delayed beyond the expected timeframe (for example, 1-2 months due to courier issues), Kartify will work with the courier service to address the situation on a case-by-case basis, provided the delay is attributable to the courier. We recommend tracking your order regularly and contacting us if there are no updates on your parcel within 15 days of dispatch.

4. Exceptions:

Kartify cannot be held liable for unreported damages or claims made beyond the specified timelines. We appreciate your understanding, as these policies align with courier regulations.

5. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be processed for eligible returns based on the following conditions:

a. Damaged or Defective Products: 

If damage or defect is confirmed through the provided video evidence, we will initiate the refund process.

b. Missing Items: 

If we are unable to fulfill the missing item(s) from your order, a refund will be issued for those specific item(s).

6. Original Condition and Packaging:

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must be in their original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition. All original packaging, including accessories, tags, and labels, must be included.

7. Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product.

8. Rejection/Denial of Parcel Policy:

If a customer refuses or denies acceptance of the parcel after it has been dispatched, the following deductions will apply:

  • Shipping Charge: A deduction of twice the original shipping charge will be made (covering both forward and return shipping costs).
  • Packing Charge: A deduction of 10% of the product value will be applied as a packing fee.

These deductions will be applied before any refunds are issued.

9. Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

Please note that it typically takes longer than 7 days to deliver products after an order is placed. The 7-day period for refunds begins from the date we receive the returned item.

The return will be processed only if:

  1. It is confirmed that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
  2. The product matches what was originally shipped to you.
  3. The product is returned in its original condition.
  4. The customer must provide an unboxing video.

Refunds will only be issued if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging, receipt, and invoice. Refunds will be processed once the product reaches our premises.

If you feel that the product received does not match what was displayed on the website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
