Processing time: 

100% of orders are shipped from  warehouse within 1-2 business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Fast Shipping(Andhra Pradesh): Delivery: 4-5 business days after Dispatch

Fast Shipping(All Other State): Delivery: 5-7 business days after Dispatch

Flat Shipping(Andhra Pradesh): Delivery: 6-7 business days after Dispatch

Flat Shipping(All Other State): Delivery: 7-9 business days after Dispatch

Delivery Failures

If the package cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to issues caused by the customer's lack of cooperation (such as an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient), or if the customer chooses not to accept the package, it will be returned to the sender (Conzuri) at the customer's expense. This expense will cover the shipping costs incurred and will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

UPON RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE

We advise you to carefully examine the package and its contents to ensure they are in good condition and complete before signing for delivery. If you find the package to be damaged or incomplete, please refuse the delivery or sign "Damaged" and reach out to us on the day of delivery.

Please be aware that we do not make deliveries on Bank Holidays, so your package will be delivered on the next available business day.
